Ingredients:
500 grams of ground beef (you can replace it with sausage)
12 Eggs
¾ cup whole milk.
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup cheddar cheese or whatever you like
*Optional you can add the vegetables of your liking
Steps
1-Brown the meat. In a skillet or skillet over medium-high heat, season with salt and brown the meat, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
2-Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3-In a large bowl, beat the 12 large eggs. Then pour ¾ cup of milk
whole, season with 1 teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon onion powder, and beat again until light and fluffy.
4-Put ¾ of the browned meat in your saucepan. Top with half the grated cheese, then pour all of the egg mixture over the top.
5-Place the casserole in the oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove it from the oven, add the remaining half of the cheese and sprinkle the last pieces of cooked meat on top.
6-Return your casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the egg is completely cooked. Chicken Empanadas
