Ingredients
1 cup of milk
¼ cup granulated white sugar
¼ cup (½ stick) butter
1 teaspoon salt
One 0.25 ounce sachet of active dry yeast
¼ cup warm water (105℉ to 115℉)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3½ to 4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons dried minced onion and/or dried minced garlic
2 tablespoons yellow corn flour
2 tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
