Ingredients to prepare Baked Hake
1 hake weighing 1.5 kg.
4 or 5 potatoes
2 onions
a glass of dry white wine
1 lemon, extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

How to prepare Baked Hake
We pour a splash of oil on the oven tray and place the hake, which we have previously cleaned (they do it for you at the fishmonger if you don't know how) and we have made some cuts with a knife to mark the slices we want .
