Pour olive oil and potatoes in a slow cooker for this lip-licking dish

Ingredients:
2 lbs of Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered or chopped into 1.5-inch pieces
1 packet (1-ounce) of ranch seasoning or 1 tablespoon of a homemade blend
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh chives, finely chopped
Salt to taste, approximately 1 tablespoon or according to your preference
Instructions:
Take your slow cooker out and place the cut potatoes inside its 6-quart capacity bowl.
Evenly sprinkle the ranch seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped chives over the potatoes. Add the salt, ensuring it’s well-distributed across the potatoes.
Toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated with the seasoning and oil.
Secure the lid on your slow cooker. Set it to cook on high for approximately 3 hours. However, keep in mind that slow cookers vary in temperature and power, so check the potatoes now and then. They’re done when they are tender enough to be pierced easily with a fork.
Once cooked, give them a final stir and taste to adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Homemade Ranch Seasoning Tip:
Should ranch packets be unavailable, you can concoct your own. Mix together garlic salt, dried parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder until you get a tablespoon of homemade ranch magic.
