Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of peeled garlic
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 cup oil (preferably olive )
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Blend the garlic, onions, black pepper, chopped parsley and chopped chives in a blender until you obtain a fine and aromatic mixture. This combination of aromatic ingredients will create a flavorful base for your homemade seasoning.
- Add the oil to the blender and mix again until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. The oil will help the ingredients mix better and give the seasoning a smoother texture.
- Add a teaspoon of salt and mix again to make sure all the flavors are perfectly integrated. The salt will enhance the flavors and balance the mixture.
- Let the seasoning sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend even more. Then, transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
