How to make homemade meat seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of peeled garlic
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 cup oil (preferably olive )
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the garlic, onions, black pepper, chopped parsley and chopped chives in a blender until you obtain a fine and aromatic mixture. This combination of aromatic ingredients will create a flavorful base for your homemade seasoning.
  2. Add the oil to the blender and mix again until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. The oil will help the ingredients mix better and give the seasoning a smoother texture.
  3. Add a teaspoon of salt and mix again to make sure all the flavors are perfectly integrated. The salt will enhance the flavors and balance the mixture.
  4. Let the seasoning sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend even more. Then, transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
