Dissolve yeast in warm milk in a large bowl, add sugar, oil, salt, eggs and flour and mix well.

 

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for one hour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, until it measures 40cm long and 30cm wide.

 

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease the tray with oil. for the stuffing Mix the oil, brown sugar, cinnamon and spread the mixture on the dough.

 

Roll the dough up the long side, and cut it into lengths of 3 cm per piece.

 

Place the cut dough in the prepared tray, cover with a damp towel and let it rise again for 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes, or until they turn brown or golden.

 

Make the cream cheese, until the rolls are cooked, and mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer, then spread the cream on top.
