How to prepare Vegan Chocolate Truffles
To enjoy delicious vegan chocolate truffles, the first thing we must do is pour the vegetable cream into a saucepan and put it over medium heat.
When the cream is hot, add the chocolate cut into rather small pieces. We will not stop stirring until it melts.

When the mixture begins to boil, add the salt and agave syrup, and continue stirring for a couple of minutes.
Next we pour the mixture into a container. Cover and let it cool first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
Once the mixture is very cold we can make the truffles. To do this, we take small portions and give them a rounded shape with our hands, but being careful not to manipulate the dough too much so that it does not lose temperature. If necessary, chill again in the refrigerator.
Finally, all that remains is to coat the truffles in cocoa powder. Delicious!
