Spicy Cherry Sauce

Instructions
Place cherries in a medium saucepan; add sugar, water and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove cherries with a slotted spoon; Add jam and boil until syrupy. Pour syrup over cherries.
Ready to serve!
Notes
If you are making this recipe GLUTEN FREE, be sure to use a brand of raspberry jam that is known to be GF.
