Ingredients
LEMON BARK:
1½ cups white granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon zest
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 large egg yolks
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
WALNUT BARK:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
5 ounces finely chopped almonds
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 large egg
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ teaspoon salt
ADDITION:
2 cups fresh cranberries ( washed, drained and dried)
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
¾ cup redcurrant gelatin, heated
