1/4 cups of oil
1 bay leaf
1 pinch of oregano
1 pinch of cloves
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of salt
6 bolillos, or birote
1/2 kilos of carnitas
1 cup of red onion, to accompany (pickles)
to taste red sauce, to accompany
