How to prepare Honey Roasted Pork Loin
To make a delicious honey roasted pork loin, the first thing we must do is put the sugar and all the spices together, reserving a little of the oregano or thyme. We rub them on the pork loin and wrap it in film. We will let it rest in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
We preheat the oven to 180ยบ C., with heat from above and below. Next, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and, when it is hot, brown the pork, turning it so that it is done on all sides.

Next we place the pork loin on a baking tray. We pour the honey over it and then we pour the water into the tray. We put it in the oven and let it cook for 10 minutes. After this time we take it out, sprinkle it with the juices it is releasing, and put it back in for another 25 minutes.
We take it out of the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and then cut it into slices. Before serving, we can sprinkle a little of the thyme or oregano that we have reserved. Delicious!
