How to prepare Brazo De Gitano of Potato and Philadelphia Ham
Cook the well-washed potatoes with water and salt. When they are cooked, peel them and pass them through a food mill. Add the oil and chopped chives, adjust the salt.
Stretch the puree on kitchen wrap or a damp cloth, letting it cool a little, add Philadelphia with Ham and roll it up as if it were a cannelloni.
