Ingredients
One 750ml. bottle dry, full-bodied red wine (Merlot, Cabernet, or Pinot Noir)
2 cups red grapes
1 medium orange, cut into ΒΌ-inch slices
1 medium nectarine, peach, or pear (cut into thin wedges)
2 tablespoons honey ( more, to taste, to taste)
1 cup club soda
small bunches of green grapes, for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except soda and grape bunches in a pitcher. Stir well.
Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.
When ready to serve, add the soda. Serve with pieces of fruit or over ice, in glasses garnished with small bunches of green grapes.
