Elegant Filet Mignon

Instructions
Wrap each fillet with a slice of bacon and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Dice the remaining bacon and cook in a hot skillet until crispy. Drain the fat. Add the diced mushrooms, parsley, onion and butter to the pan and brown lightly. Add salt and pepper. Keep the mixture warm while you prepare the fillets.
Grill steaks to desired doneness. Place on a large plate and top with mushroom mixture. Place a mushroom cap, cup side up, on each fillet. Fill each cap with warm brandy. Light the brandy and serve it flaming.
