3 egg yolks
7 gr. cornstarch
75 gr. of sugar
70 gr. of flour
65 ml. of water
65 gr. of butter
A pinch of salt
Custard
Dark chocolate
Half a packet of vanilla sugar
Half a stick of cinnamon
A little lemon peel
