Oooh man... you know we love cheesecake. I have posted many recipes. But usually it all depends on what Jeremy likes rolls his eyes

…. But yesterday was my birthday so it was all about what I like. So I wanted a huge dessert for my birthday... Is that a crime?!

My all-time favorite cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory is the Pineapple Upside Down Cake. It's a lightly flavored cheesecake sandwiched between two upside-down pineapple brownies.

It is basically heaven.

So for my epic birthday cake this year, I made this bad kid! That's all I could have hoped for! And then some. The Cheesecake Factory is oversized... but this... this thing is HUGE!

This recipe, like the last cheesecake, requires very little prep.
