400 g scallops
300 g fresh
button mushrooms 20 fresh prawns
200 ml crème fraiche
q.s whisky (or other alcohol)
150 ml white
wine Fresh
parsley Extra virgin olive
oil Margarine for buttering the casseroles
1 clove of garlic
3 large onions
2 level tablespoons of flour
Preparation:
