Ingredients:
Fruit of your choice (e.g.: 1 banana, a handful of strawberries, 1 apple, 4 dried apricots, 2 kiwis)
Milk (700 ml or about 3 cups)
2 sachets of crème caramel or pudding powder
Sugar (4 tablespoons or 50g)
Cookies (200g)
Instructions:
Prepare the fruit: Wash and prepare the fruit of your choice. Peel them and cut them into small pieces. You can usea combination of banana, strawberries, apple, dried apricots, kiwis or any other fruit of your choice.
Prepare the pudding: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. In another bowl, mix the crème caramel or pudding powder with a little cold milk to make a smooth paste. Once the milk is hot but not boiling, gradually pour in the pudding mix while whisking continuously. Add sugar to sweeten to taste. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assemble the dessert: In a serving dish or individual dessert cups, cover the bottom with some of the prepared pudding mixture.
