INGREDIENTS
For the sponge cake base: chocolate sponge cake
2 eggs
100g sugar
100 g butter, soft
70g cocoa
80g flour
1 teaspoon, heaped, baking powder
For the meringue topping:
50 g butter, soft
50g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
75g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 egg whites
75g sugar
50 g almond flakes
Aside from that:
1 glass of sour cherries
2 packs of cake icing, red
400 ml cherry juice, from the sour cherries
For the cream: vanilla curd
200 ml milk
2 packs of cream powder (quark fine), vanilla flavor
500 g low-fat quark
200 g sour cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
Preparation:
For the chocolate sponge cake:
Mix the eggs with sugar and butter until soft and fluffy.
