Recipe for a fruity, creamy currant cake, definitely try it!!

INGREDIENTS

300g flour
200g butter
100g sugar

300 g currants, frozen or fresh
3 egg whites
125g sugar
possibly milk

Preparation:

1. Simply knead the flour with the sugar and the soft butter into a shortcrust pastry. If necessary, cool it in the freezer for about 30 minutes (but this is not absolutely necessary).
