Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast Bake!
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Place the cream cheese cubes evenly over the biscuits.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and cream cheese in the baking pan.
- Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the top of the egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Optional: Garnish with whipped cream or additional maple syrup before serving.
