Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast Bake!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Place the cream cheese cubes evenly over the biscuits.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and cream cheese in the baking pan.
  5. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the top of the egg mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Optional: Garnish with whipped cream or additional maple syrup before serving.
