1. Beat together: 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 80 g of sugar (4 tablespoons), then add 60 ml of sunflower oil (2/5 glass) and continue stirring and then add 125 g of yogurt (1/2 glass). .

2. Now you can add 200g flour (1+1/2 glass) and 2 teaspoons baking powder and stir until you get a nice thick mixture.
3. Halve 3 bananas lengthwise and peel, then spread 30g butter on a 27 x 18 baking tray, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over the butter.

4. Arrange the banana halves on top of the butter and sugar. Then pour the mixture over the bananas and distribute evenly.

5. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C (356F) degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
