a Recipe
A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese, four or five diced medium red potatoes, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, one teaspoon of garlic powder and dill, one chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it gently or lining it with parchment paper and heating the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Dice the red potatoes and add them to a big bowl with the sliced onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Combine the ingredients and mix until the onions and potatoes are well-coated with the spices and mayonnaise.

Arrange the potato mixture evenly on the baking sheet that has been preheated.

After the oven is warm, transfer the baking sheet to it and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and browned. Just sticking a fork into a potato slice will give you an idea of when it's done. They will consider it done if it goes in easily.
When the potatoes are done baking, take the pan out of the oven and top with grated Parmesan. To melt the cheese and give it a little golden color, put the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for another three to five minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven when the potatoes are cooked and the cheese has melted. After a few minutes, set the potatoes aside to cool.
These roasted Parmesan potatoes would be perfect as a snack or side dish. They go well with any condiment or taste great on their own.
